Harpers Ferry Historic Landmarks Commission

The Harpers Ferry Historic Landmark Commission was established in order to preserve, protect and foster the rehabilitation and maintenance of its historic edifices. Also, to insure that the growth of the community is commensurate with its historic significance. Other objectives are set forth in the West Virginia Code. Refer to Harpers Ferry Ordinance Article 131 for complete information.

Meets with Planning Commission to review Building and Sign Permit applications, additional meetings are required.

Five members all shall be residents of Harpers Ferry
