The Harpers Ferry Water Works is accepting applications for the position of Public Works Administrator. The incumbent will:

• Oversee the management and work of the Town’s water utility and all general Town maintenance functions, including personnel oversight.
• Oversee the management of public works budget, standard operating procedures, projects and grants.
• Develop a long-term strategic plan for coordinating Town infrastructure upgrades.
