The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a quasi-judicial authority established "for the purpose of hearing and determining appeals and reviewing any order, requirements, decisions or determination made by an administrative official or board charged with the enforcement of any Ordinance or Rule and Regulation regarding the use of land or premises within the incorporated areas of the Town." The BZA consists of five members appointed by Town Council for three-year terms, none of whom may serve in any other elective or appointive office in the Town government. Meetings of the BZA are held as needed. All meetings are open to the public and are held upstairs at Town Hall.
